Re: endo and infertility- helpFrom: annie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Nov 26 14:26:51 2008
thanks for everyone's input. i just came back from my infertility doctor. i have to take a bunch of tests next week. i feel more postive now especially from the feedback i am getting from you all. the dr. told me if i do have an endometrioma, it is not bid 3cms- she did say surgery would increase my chances if i do have endo but said that having a surgery is not beneficial to ivf- studies have shown that patients who have done surgery and had ivf verses pts who have not had surgery and have done ivf, there is no significant difference in the number of pregnancies in both groups.- at the end of the day i always keep in mind that all things are possible with God. he will bless me- my not be when i want - but on his time.
