Hello! I never really had headaches with my Lupron shots; but, I was on add back the whole time, from the very beginning. I guess it must have helped with something, because I didn't have many symptoms, or severity of symptoms, as most people have. The noresthridone (Sorry, I cannot spell this AM) is an add back progesterone, and, is fine to give with this medication (as the hormone amount is so little to have any effect). My RE prescribed it to me right away when he found out my GYN wanted me on the Lupron. I hope something helps!!!
