i was also thinking, if i do the hsg test, and my tubes are blocked, maybe i can get that procedure to clean them out instead of an excision lap and then try to get pregnant, but then i dont know if having an endometrioma on one ovary will still prevent me from getting pregnant, i may still have to get that removed. i am scared because right now, i dont have much pain from the endometriosis and i dont want to have an excision and end up having pain afterwards.
