It really depends on the severity of your endo and if your tubes are blocked. I have spoke to several women who tried for years then had excision and was able to conceive. I have also known women who conceived without excision. If your wanting to wait then talk to your re about doing a hsg where they shoot dye thru the tubes to see if they are open and clear.

Also I would recommend staying away from fertility meds unless the endometrioma is removed or treated as they have been known to make cysts etc grow bigger
