Excision surgery if done by an a true endo specialist can improve chances for pregnancy. It not only helps your pain level, but also your chances in pregnancy. I have met several people on the weareendo.org site that have conceived successfully after excision with no IVF. Of course, each person is different depending on the stage of endo, but it defiantly will improve your chances. They say the first 6 months after surgery is your best time to conceive.

I am having surgery in December with an endo specialist with the hopes that we will conceive with no IVF.

Good luck!
