Was your surgery with an endo specialist? A doctor should never be operating on your bowels if you have not had a bowel prep. There is a huge danger doing this with a full bowel.

I would check into what your doctor was really doing with your bowel and how he was removing the endo.

An endo specialist will go in and remove the endo by excision whether this was your first surgery or 10th. They will do this because each surgery causes adhesions and scaring. You never want to have multiple surgeries if you can avoid it by having it exercised out correctly to start with.

Hope this helps.
