I know this is going to sound nuts, but I think the one thing you can do
to minimize your pain is to drop your exercise regimen to only 3 days
instead of 5.
Everytime you exercise, you are making your muscles stronger, but also
your adhesions might be also getting thicker and stronger, and this
might be increasing your pain.
Try to do light exercises, not heavy jumping or aerobics, as this type
of exercise can make the pain worse. Be careful also of Yoga, as
sometimes you position your pelvis below your head, which can not be a
good thing if you have endo. Also any type of heavy twisting in your
abdominal area can make the pain worse (and make the adhesions wrap
around organs).
