awaiting another possible surgery ...5 in 7 years

I really need some input here ladies. I am 33 years old and I have already had 4 surgeries one lapectomy and 3 laproscopic for stage 4 endo. My doctor is fantastic ( she did the last three surgeries for me) however its back again, in just one and half years time the pain is back. I finally got on a health kick, dropped 35 pounds, workout 5 days a week, eat really healthy and now all of a sudden the pain stops me in my tracks. I am living on pain killers as i can not even take an asprin due to blood disorders and I hate being loopy all day long. Is it really possible that endo can just keep growing like this??? i dont have children so refuse a hysto at this point. I have a really high tolerance of pain so when its bad i know its really bad, had a sonogram today and of course it only shows fluid surrounding my right ovary..next step Im sure will be a cat scan or pet scan which will show nothing like it always does then...surgery i am sure and that will reveal the same it always does my insides are a mess. has anyone else had such issues with it reoccuring so fast? i can not take any birth control nor any type of medication to slow it down... is there anything else I can do???
