>>>>>>>----- Original Message ----- Its been a while since your message was posted, but I am a long time right rib pain sufferer. I have put up with this same pain for around 15 years. It has bouts of extreme pain and then is at times just a dull ache, but all in all it is always very uncomfortable. Like you I have undergone all the tests oh and I forgot to mention I am also a long standing endo sufferer. I have had so many surgeries, up to 48, the last one being a sub total hysterectomy. I still have my ovaries. I had to have the hysto because my endo had invaded my uterus and of course I was diagnosed with Adneomyosis. Noone seems to be able to diagnose my rib pain tho, except to say it may be related to the endo or an adhesion which may have formed from having so much surgey to remove the endo lesions. I was interested to read that one of you ladies found it happened monthly. I still have my ovaries and so am still ovulating...still get PMS from time to time...fluid retention the works...who would have thought that would be the case after a hysto. LOL I must admit tho...it does get worse around the time I should be having a period..(oh by the way...I still bleed monthly and yet have no uterus...figure that!!) I kind of feel that it is an endo implant and more than likely mixed with an adhesion on my diaphragm....I wish they would open me up and take a look...I don't think the laprocope really sees everything. I am certain if they did...they would find some form of old lesion causing the problem. If anyone has any other updates or ideas please let me know as I suffer most days in some form or another from this nagging rib pain. Drives me insane. Thanx
