Hi Melissa - yes I had pelvic congestion when first diagnosed in 1992 and provera worked but of course it came back. I still had pelvic congestion in 2001. Gave me aching, backache and cramping. I got rid of it by altering my diet, and take cerazette permanently. This is a tiny dose of progesterone only (contraceptive pill) It does not suit everyone and the first three months for me were hard (almost worse!)but after three months no more periods and two years later (still on it)still no more periods! The pelvic congestion itself responded well to the followng - no caffeine (though back on tea now), no saturated fat (only break the rule occasionally - but no dairy) lots of essential fatty acids/ fish oil - dietary of supplementation. Lots of fibre, carbohydtrates, vegetables. No alcohol. No sugar. (just cut right down on the bad things as it's hard not to break the rules!) I also take the following supplements: Evening primrose 1000mg, Magnesium (within RDA dose), Zinc, B complex (normal RDA's - not mega doses) and a bioflavanoid complex (very important for veins). This has helped me but a blood test showed I was defficient in Zinc, Fatty acids, and some of the B complex - but I see that those with endometriosis often seem to be low in the same nutrients. (don't take massive doses - just a waste of time and sometimes harmful - but take the evening primrose at the same time as your food, with some other dietary fat) Lots of exercise - which you will get with three little girls.

Cerazette might be a solution for you - return to fertility is supposed to be fast - most people give up as they spot for several months, but for me it was well worth persevering.

Best of luck finding a solution - I am sure you will.
