iam 30 years old girl not married version , i had chocolate ovarian cyct at the left side with sever painand endometriosis but no metastasis , pelvic adhesions and i did surgical operation last year as cesarian section and not received any hormonal medications after operation as doctor advise me that iam not married , and ihave small one in the right side but not chocolate and not operated , now the cyct returned back at the left side what can i do iam very depressed and iam in kuwait away from my family , iwant the reply quik please and if affect my fertility or no thank you
