I am not sure but I think a prescral neurectomy can interfere with the nerves that control the bladder - I don't think it is long term(?) Go and get looked at and get them at least to reassure you. I have also had a lap (Weds) and had the peeing trouble - ie no signal, but had had a spinal block and this went away six hours post op.I too had my appendix out/ adhesion lysis. It is different for everyone but I am not on painkillers and if you pain is severe I would get checked out. You do not want infections. Hope you are better soon.
