Brandy I'm so sorry to hear that you are already back in pain after your lap. I was in horrendous pain, 24/7, before I had my first lap and the operation only made things worse for me. It was done by a very bad doctor, I discovered later, and he didn't know much about endometriosis at all. When I went back to him he said that the pain was all in my head. In fact, the lap stirred up everything and made me much worse. Finally I saw an endo excision specialist and he fixed me. That was years ago, and I've been perfectly well since having excision and a hysterectomy. I'm worried for you about the loss of sensation. Maybe he nicked a nerve or something? He probably won't ever admit that because most doctors are too egotistical and too scared of lawsuits -- oh yeah, plus they are GOD -- to ever admit they made a mistake and nicked a nerve. I would start looking for a specialist if I were you. I wish you all the best.
