Have you had an ultrasound or mri done? If your doctor hasn't diagnosed you with anything and you are still having all of these issues I would suggest you see a new doctor. You certainly sound like someone suffering from either, endo, adenomyosis or fibroids and their are options other than birth control for treating them. Good luck to you.
