Colon problem - any thoughts?

Sorry in advance - this is a bit upleasant if you are having your breakfast. Ten years ago I had some spots of endo lasered and lysis on a colon adhesion. The lysis (on ascending colon above appendix) gave me masses of relief. This was a non surgical adhesion (ie: from endo) as I'd not had surgery before. My periods are stopped from cerazette (joy) for the last two years. Now I have a permanent pinching returned in appendix area - and my stools (as before lysis) are a bit constipated at one end. (whatever I eat or don't eat) I think maybe the adhesion has tightened again - or perhaps I just have a couple of spots of endo? (I did have an isolated episode of blood mucous and diarrhoea for 48 hours then losse stools but this settled and gynae thinks that was just a bug/infection -it didn't happen again) I am waiting for CA125 results and hope they will be low. But I will have a huge dilemma - my GP thinks the adhesion may end up growing around the colon (which will leave me with an emergency possibly in unskilled hands) or do I ask for a lap. with a skilled surgeon now - after all if this can give me 10 years again I will be happy. I still have no periods - but think occasionally ovulate and have temporary cysts from the cerazette as I sometimes get twinges there and bloating. Gynae pelvic exam fairly ok. Don't know what to do. Sorry it is so long. Thank you for reading. p.s apart from pinching which is tedious by the end of the day I feel ok.
