Did he excise the endo found? or did he leave the endo? If the endometriosis was not removed properly you will continue to have that pain until it is. The problem with a hysterectomy is unless you only had endo on your uterus (highly unlikely) its not gonna cure your endo or get rid of your pain. The endo will NOT "shrivel" up and go away like some doctors tell you. I would suggest contacting your surgeon and telling him about the pain your having. Are you overdoing it? cleaning etc already? If so it could be your overdoing it, or it could be a complication from surgery. Deffinately put a call in to your doctor in the am and let him/her know about the pain issues.
