Clarissa, one of the many presents I received from endo was IBS. I'm not sure what city you are in but I have seen a neuro-gastroenterologist in Houston, Tx. He told me that when you have endo there are certain foods that cause spasms in your intestines-carrots, anything made with corn, chocolate, bananas, alcohol, red meat, soy, potatoes, rice, wheat & bread.Sometimes the pain is instant after you eat the wrong thing or sometimes it can build up after eating/drinking the wrong items. See someone that deals w/Endo patients or have your Endo Specialist refer to a neuro-gastro Dr. It is also helpful to take pharmaceutical-grade fish oil, flax seed oil & cook w/extra virgin olive oil. No fried foods, no carbonated drinks. Only fresh (not in can or frozen) fruits & Vege's. Use organic. Our disease does not need anymore toxins added to what we eat. After following his prescription for a mediterranean type diet & eliminating certain foods, I was pain free. Please research & check out Endo specialists w/ a history of pleased patients. Charleen
