I have problems all the time. I get bloated all the time. I get constipated ofter. I get so happy when I go it's so sad. I eat soy yogurt with probiotics in it every day. I tried metemucil but i ended up getting super backed up from it. I'm thinking about trying a natural digestive tea blend from the healt food store. It all started in January and has been bad since. I stopped eating wheat. I don't eat meat or dairy. Sometimes I think that at this point maybe I'm just not getting enough bulk fiber to go to the bathroom like I should. I go everyday but I don't feel like everything is out. It sounds wierd but I can feel in my lower abdomen that there is something there. Maybe it's because of the adenomyosis that it feels this way though. I'm so confused about what my body is doing now a days and what is causing what. I stress about it all the time. Which doesn't help with going either.
