Just wanted to pass this on. I noticed my stomach was bothered by soy.
It didn't used to be. I've read about one of the ingredients in Silk
soy. It's called carageenan. Now, it doesn't bother many people, but
if it bothers you, just be aware some other brands don't have it.
Soy has protein, and I do like it. Just noticed some tummy problems!
