If this is from the Lupron have your dentist and medical doctor appeal
to your health insurance company. Also contact Abbott labs ASAP and
file a formal complaint with them, tell them you want to file a claim
and get reimbursed for your medical expenses. I hate this drug and it
did a doosey on me. Also go to the FDA website and have your doctor
complete the adverse side effect form. It's a glorified phone tree at
abbott and a ton of burocratic red tape to cut through but don't give
up--that's what it's designed to do....for us to get so frustrated that
we give up. I see that this was in 2004 so your limit of statue may
have expired but if you have any teeth left to pull or are still
suffering--contact a lawyer asap. Together we need to fight.
