i have done physical therapy for pelvic floor myalgia. It helped alot
actually. I was able to make love with my husband without experiencing
the pain i always had. My pt was wonderful. We worked on exercises to
help the muscles relax as they were constantly contracted. She was very
helpful with techniques and encouragement. I was very apprehensive and
it took a couple of weeks before i would make my first appt. Im glad i
did!
