Hi, i have been in a lot of pain for months now and evertime i go to doctor they say i must have STD, they do tests and always come back negative. they have been brushing it off for ages until i demanded an ultrasound. it showed free fluid around my ovaries. now they wont tell me what that means and whats wrong with me. from the little information i have got from them i think i have cysts on my ovaries but they wont confirm it. they say we will do a couple more tests. why are they hidding information from me. im so scared that it could be something serious. i have all the symptoms of being pregnant and constant cramping, i cant have intercourse with my boyfriend as it hurts too much. does any1 else have these problems at if so what is it?
