Hi Stephanie,

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. I have Endo and was also diagnosed w/ IBS. I can only imagine it is related to the Endometriosis as the symptoms are worse when I have my period. One thing that has worked a bit for me is to cut out dairy from my diet. Since then, the IBS symptoms have gotten a lot better.
