Why a 4 year old post is being resent to the forum, I have no idea, but anyway - Donna left in 2005 and hasn't been involved in the Center since then. However, I always found her to be prompt. My experience now, since she left, is that the office always calls right back, either Heather or someone else. It might take a couple hours to hear from the docs themselves, but the staff is right on it to help you. The waiting list is also not 4 months; I got in in about 4 weeks. I've been dealing with them for years and have no complaints. You also need to understand that a laser is a tool, not a method. LAPEX is the method. Dr. Albee and Dr. Sinervo use the laser to excise, not vaporize. You can call them for more information directly. I don't want to say anymore for fear of being attacked for being a CEC fan!
