I had large fibroids removed, and I've been fine since then.

Have you ever heard of natural bio-identical progesterone, some think it can help fibroids shrink? I wish I had used it years ago. You can find info at johnleemd.com

The do tend to grow, if you don't do something to help them shrink. Too much estrogen, too little progesterone can help them grow :(

Have you ever had your hormones tested?
