Lupron is not really used by endo specialists, as I understand it.

I have found digestive enzymes, probiotics, and cutting out wheat and sugar to be helpful in fighting bloat. Here's some info on that, yeastconnection.com

I also think that having the endo fully excised will help with bloating.

Eating plain yogurt once or twice a day also helps. Sugar is the worst.
