I applied for their free care, but even though my husband and I are separated, they won't let me apply without his info. With his we make about 200 over the acceptable monthly income. I wish I never would have gone to the Er. the only reason I went was b/c I thought I might qualify for free care. i'm already struggling to make it financially and I can barely work. It's making me depressed.

thanks for the idea of contacting those agencies. I'll contact them and see it they might be able to help. I made an appt. with another OB, not through Charity, that will see me today. I'm going to just consult with her because I can't afford for her to do the same tests that were already done at the ER. I'm hoping we can request those results and she can make a decision on them without examining me.
