fatigue is a symptoms of endo...have you checked out endoresolved.com... I go through periods where the fatigue is awful.....it seems to cycle for me. I just continue to try to eat right, exercise some (not to the extent I can at other times) and let me body sleep well (go to bed early and nap if I am not working, etc) Good luck!
