I took seasonique for over a year after I had a 15cm cyst removed from my right ovary, and it made my cysts go away. My cysts have come back now that I am off the pill because I am trying to get pregnant, but while taking seasonique I was cyst free. The only annoying thing about it was, you don't get your period, but I had a lot of spotting around time I should have gotten my period. It took like 2 packs for the spotting to stop. I hate being on birth control, but seasonique was not bad.
