1) I don't know that a hysteroscopy can show that you have adenomyosis...I think only a hysterectomy can reveal that, and if you want kids then you won't want that. Did you have any polyps or other problems? If you do have adeno, I don't think it affects fertility

2) Have you ever done charting of your problems and symptoms? Prescription compounded progesterone helped me with heavy bleeding. Didn't help much with pain in a sense, but it did help with heavy bleeding. it won't hurt pregnancy, and might even help those who TTC.

3) I would stay away from Lupron, for me. How does the doctor think this will help you? What kind of side effects did the doctor tell you about?
