Amy, Yes, I had a successful pregnancy after endo (or in the middle of endo). I had a lap six years ago to remove endo (and I don't know what method she used but I performed in a musical 2 days later). At my follow-up appointment, my gynecologist was practically being a cheerleader for my husband and I to try to get pregnant. She kept saying "this is it! this is your window of opportunity. the endo's gone for now, so go! go! go!". I can't remember if she had pom-poms but I'm pretty sure... Anyhow, best of luck to you with your appointment. I'll be rooting for you (without the pom-poms). Cal
