Luteal phase too short - what to do???

Does anyone know if endo causes a short luteal phase or why it may be short? I had 2 laps for endo and am ready to move on and conceive finally. Well, it has not happened yet.

Is there a blood test that can test your luteal phase? I think mine has been around 10 days consistantly? I have read that 10 days may be too short. My RE is going to start me on clomid, do anyone think this going to help with the luteal phase being short? Also, my progesterone was low on my 21 day test. I feel like everything is working against me and I'm always going to be struck with this horrible endo pain and never have kids. I'm just really down...
