Just to add to my last reply, I've heard that excision surgery will help alot in terms of pain coming back. Someone else here who've had the surgery maybe able to help you more. I might consider excision surgery if the pain becomes unbearable when it comes back. I've just had my first diagnosis and laser laporoscopy in February. I'm very concerned about how much pain I must endure when it does come back.
