PLEASE help because the ER docs won't!!!

I need someone to help me please because the ER doctors won’t! 3 weeks ago, I went to my ob’s office because I was experiencing some really strange things….I was having some abnormal brown discharge, which I though was blood, but now I realize is thinner and more brown in color (sorry to be descriptive). I was also getting very sick and ended up throwing up blood once that week, but that could have been due to a throat irritation from puking so much. So my OB made me leave work and come in. They had put me on Seasonique about a month prior to that to try to minimize the amount of pain I’ve been feeling from the endometriosis. Well when I went in 3 weeks ago, they took me off that because they thought that those pills were what was making me sick. Now I’m on the NuvaRing. However, the discharge has not stopped. It has not gotten lighter nor has it gotten heavier. I’m also experiencing pains but I can’t tell if it’s just the normal endometriosis pain or not. When I went to the ER, they didn’t really listen that well. They did a pelvic exam and told me there is no evidence of bleeding. Sorry to be so descriptive, but my panties say otherwise. They also took blood and did a urine test and the only thing they came back with was that I had low iron, which they said would explain the EXTREME fatigue I’ve been feeling and the dizziness, nausea and lightheadedness I guess. But my concern is that it’s been 3 weeks and I’m STILL experiencing this discharge/blood or whatever it is. At what point should I be concerned? It doesn’t seem like anyone wants to do anything to help me and this is not normal. My concern is what if it was a ruptured cyst or something, but wouldn’t the ER have been able to tell and wouldn’t this discharge be gone by now? PLEASE someone help! I don’t need this extra stress!!!
