It is possible to get pregnant with one ovary and fallopian tube, although, I believe your chances are smaller due to that. I'm so sorry you are going through this loss. I lost a baby at 5 mo. gestation due to Acrania. She didn't have a brain above her ears or a skull above her ears. I ended up having to have an abortion. The day we went in before for the ultrasound showed no movement. :(. The doctors were right. I would have never made it to full term.

As the lady above me said, allow yourself the time to grieve. Don't hold it in. Talk to people about it. You can also look for a support group in your area. A lot of women go through this sadly, and the best support you can get is from someone who has experienced it. Take some extra time out for yourself as well. Do something that makes YOU feel better. It might be seeing some friends, going shopping, having a nice dinner out with your husband, or something as simple as getting your hair done. Also, I made sure I went out in the sun at least once a day and it seemed to perk me up. I hope this helps. If you need someone to talk to my YIM is Lillyannyasilverdawn...

My thoughts are with you and your husband in this very sad time.
