My Dr. is Dr. Kanayama on 150 East 55th St. his number is 212-421-1016. He is a wonderful Dr. very compasionate and has a great bed side manner. He does not except ins for payment but he will submit all your claims and the ins co will reimburse you. He is worth a conslt. I hope that helps. good luck
