I also have stage 4 endo and I am also trying to get pregnant and seeing a reproductive endocrinologist in North Tampa. My RE did a lap on me and removed lot of endo including a chocolate cyst on my ovary. I wouldn't say the doc was very thorough but was good enough and the lap did resolve my endo pain to a great extent. The doc said she couldn't remove all of the endo and I know I still have it in the cul desac but still I would say all in all the doc did a good job being very conservative. She also has some award of excellence in laparoscopic surgery. She works with a group of other REs, the name of the practice is Reproductive Medicine Group and my doctor was Dr.Sandy Goodman. You can give her a try.
