Ju -

Have you ever tried holistic healing? Some people won't on account of their religious beliefs, but I've found Pilates and massage are very helpful to me. Even just having my boyfriend rub certain spots on my feet at night alleviates some of the pelvic pain I experience.

I've also heard acupuncture can work miracles, but never had the chance to try it. Either way, all of these things are helpful to your body and not harmful like pain killers.

Health and Happiness,
