Re: Lupron shot!

I am currently waiting to see my naturopathic doctor and have been told that my endo has spread to my lung and diaphragm area. I have read that cutting out dairy is a good start. Dairy is an inflammatory food so anyone with pain should stay away from dairy. I quit eating dairy a couple of years ago because I had some stomach issues and then slowly put it back in my diet. I just cut it back out of my diet again last week. If you need any add'l info or good recipes that are non dairy, you can email me at Christinasmith82@yahoo.com. I have also heard that gluten free and sugar free diets are good but I haven't tried that yet.

Good Luck!
