I would think that Ultracet is a narcotic b/c Tramadol is one. I have been on Tramadol for two years now & really need to get off of it! I am going to try Ultracet again- I liked it before, but you aren't supposed to use it for chronic pain b/c of the Tylenol content. Good luk & God Bless you!
