My migraines start behind my right eye are are a throbbing pain in the temple as well. your hormones being off can cause headaches. the neurologist i see told me im experiencing vascular migraines. and he placed me on inderall which is a blood pressure med. and I also take maxalt or imitrex when i start to get them.
