Lee and Steph,
I have been in the same situation as you for the last almost 6 years
now. I am getting ready to have my 7th surgery! I have been diagnoised
with endo, adhesions, PCOS, IC, and on and on. It is a frustrating and
complicated disease. In my last surgery, they did not release my
ovaries and tubes completly stuck and twisted in adhesions because
active endo had returned. I go for surgery to "attempt" to remove the
adhesions and free the ovaries and tubes, but the Dr states that he is
not completly sure they will be able to function properly. Keep your
head up and stay educated about new procedures and treatments. THere
are many days were I just want to have a hysterectomy and be done with
th pain, but I do want children. It is a tough fight. Stay positive! I
am new to reaching out to others with my condition and issues. It is
comforrtaing to know that you are not alone in your battle. I wish you
the best.
