Lianne,

I was on add back therapy while I was on Synarel (GnRH agonist). It worked wonders for me. It really helped w/ hot flashes, moodiness etc... I was on Aygestin for add back.

I've also heard the horror stories about Lupron. Synarel (which is a nasal spray) was amazing. It works the same thing as Lupron (induces Menopause so you no longer produce estrogen which "feeds" endo). Maybe ask your Dr. about it.
