I had an exploratory laparatomy bk in Jan of 07 to remove a lrg chocolate cyst and my left ovary. So I'm not understanding why I'm having pain there again in the same spot with no ovary? A couple of months back I went to my GYN and had an ultrasound and I was told that there was fluid or something on my left side and like a small cyst hiding behind my tube and a cyst on the right side. I also have stomach problems, IBS, but I'm not thinking my pelvic pain is due to this? I just don't want to run to the dr to be told its nothing or just a small cyst. Thanks!
