I desperately need someone's help ASAP. I have endo, and have had it for something like 7 or 8 years. Since the New Year I have been having pain that is noticeably worse then the normal pain...I have missed a day at work almost every week since the new year because of this pain. I have also been having some very major coldness/hot flashes. Over the weekend I have also been VERY dizzy, light-headed and feeling kind of "out of it". Now I am bleeding. I am not due to start my period for about another week or so and quite honestly, this feels different inside. My doctor's office sent me for an ultrasound a couple of weeks ago and I have an appt with them tomorrow but I am really concerned since I started bleeding that it could be something I should seek emergency treatment for. My doctor's office never calls me back and rarely seems to care about anything I have to tell them, so I don't even want to try to go that route. But right now I am sitting at work and this is all I can think about. Can someone please offer me some kind of advice? I don't know what I should or shouldn't be concerned about anymore. And if I do have to leave work to go to the hospital, what do I tell my work? I think they may be getting frustrated with how much time I've had to take off and to be honest, telling my employer that I'm bleeding makes me a little uncomfortable.
