Hi There I have had candida since I was 18 years old, 11 years now. At first I had a reacurrence of Mono, exhausted, fainting, you name it. After the mono left, I was still sick with exhaustion and dizziness. This lasted a year. Untill there were no more tests to run, I went to a naturalpathic doctor who changed everything for me. I was put on a strict diet, staying away from carbs that turn into sugar, white rice, ALL SUGARS (they feed the yeast). If you do some research you'll really learn more about it. It can be very debilitating if no action is taken. And if you have endo and candida thats a double whammy. On a good note, You will become very very healthy and your energy will return. I have some books but forgot the names. I'll get back to you on that. They have great recipes. This is a good adventure and goal, good luck with it. Take care and stay away from sugar and alchohol(it's the worst for candida) best of luck.
