I had alot of pain where most of my endo was taken out as well. the dr said it was normal it's all trying to heal. i didn't have much appettite either and was nauseas but i think it was more due to the pain meds. i got light headed when i stood up but i thnk that is just from lying down all the time and the blood rushing to my head. i would call the dr just to let them know whats going on but i think youll be ok. u just got to worry if the side pain doesn't go away in a couple months. then u got to figure out what else is going on too. but im sure yours will go away. good luck
