Happy to be back.....From: Stephanie (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jan 30 11:02:50 2008
Hello ladies, I had not been on this forum for a few months, since there had been some problems here at the forum but now i see everything is back to how it was before, which makes me very happy. My endo bio.... I am 25 yrs old, have an 8 yr old daughter, divorced and live in the Central Valley in California. I was diagnosed with endo stage II on 4/20/07 after 2/1/2 years of pain and being told it was just in my head! At that time of my surgery my gyn only coagulated some of the endo and didnt remove the endo on my uterer. My left tube is stuck to my ovary also. I tried Lupron and only received one shot because of the horrible joint pain i began to have. After that my doc said she was running out of options and she prescribed Lybrel the continuous birth control pill. Iv been on it since August and decided to take a break and get a period in late November early Dec. That was a BIG mistake, i was in so much pain that i went right back on the pill. For some weird reason since i went back on lybrel i didnt have ANY cramping for about a month or so. Until a few weeks ago, EVERYTHING came back. I was sooo sad and frustruated. I had scheduled my surgery for Feb 27 @ the CEC but because of my financial situation i had to cancel until maybe at the end of the year or so. So now i have no other option but to continue searching for a gyn who can possible remove more endo or at least remove the endo from my uterer since its whats causing the daily UTI symptoms. I was diagnosed with IC but to be honest, i think its just the endo and not IC. So, if anyone knows of a good doc out here in the central valley in CA please let me know. Thanks for listening!! If anyone lives anywhere here in CA it would be nice to know! Sorry for the long story......lol.. Steph R. :)
