Please help! endometriosis pain management and PMDD

Tanya, I understand your frustration! I am so frustrated and confused. I don't know what to do anymore. I have PMDD and Endometriosis. I had a laparoscopy, which they found cysts and removed them. They 'lasered' out what they could find of the endo, but it didn't help at all. The depression and fatigue that I have for a week to two weeks prior to my period is almost unbearable. I feel like it's the end of the world, and then I realize the date and that my period is coming. I immediately take a pill as soon as I start my period, but usually only need it for pain two days out of the month. I'm wondering if I need something beyond the pain meds for the depression, but again this only happens about two weeks out of the month. I was on birth control for 16 years and finally decided to quit. Every doctor since has tried to get me back on them. I did try Yaz because I was at my wits end--it didn't work and I hate the way I feel on them. Doctors have given me motrin, anaprox, oxycontin, darvacet, ultracet, percocet, celebrex, and bextra. Percocet takes the pain away, if dosed high enough, but then I feel loopy. My doctor acknowledges my situation, but is prescribing me lower pain meds that do not help with my pain at all. What's up with that?! Bextra was my miracle drug, but the FDA took it off the market. I found some more, but this last time it worked in the morning, but then I ate lunch and I had horrible cramps, diarrhea, and vomiting until 4:30 in the morning. My doctors suggested the Lupron shots, but I'm 38 and time is of the essence, plus I've only heard that the side effects are not worth it. My doctors also suggested a hysterectomy, but I'd like to have kids before I'm 40. I haven't heard of the LUNA, but will have to look it up. This is ridiculous and I am at my wits end with this whole thing. After this last month, I have mentioned and thought about having a hysterectomy twice. Any suggestions (and forgive my spelling!)?
