Hi Danielle, I have stage IV endo and had excision surgery 6 weeks ago. The endo was everywhere, including on my left ureter and colon/rectum. I had to have a bowel resection due to it. I am currently having a similar pain to what you describe and it started a few days ago. Sometimes it's hard to tell if it's in the front, side, or back, but it is a crampy feeling (almost like gas). It is located right under the rib cage like you say. I'm interested if anyone knows what this could be as well. I was hoping that it was just all of the healing process and would go away soon. Sorry I'm not much help, but I wanted you to know that you are not alone! Ally
